Executive Assistant - Government Role

My Government client based in the CBD is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Executive Assistant. Supporting the Director of this well known and very important section the the NSW Government some of your duties will include,

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Minute taking and typing up of correspondence
  • Organising of board meeting and office functions
  • Secretary support to small group of mid level managers
  • All facets of Admin

We are recruiting someone with the below experience and attributes,

  • At least 3 years experience as an EA in a similar role
  • A motivated self starter who will use their initiative
  • Ability to handle a busy and at times complex workload
  • An intelligent, motivated person, who can act as a "gate keeper" and problem solve
  • Corporately presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office programs
