Our clients are market leaders in their field in Europe, and despite only being in Australia for 12 months they are the 2nd largest Australian supplier in their field. Long established in Europe, they have introduced their quality home convenience food products to a growing Australian marketplace.
Strong growth and the further development of it’s brands since their introduction into the Australian market place, now sees them with an urgent need, for an Administration Allrounder/ PA to join their small but growing Mentone team.
Administration duties will include:
- Administrative support to the MD including Diary management, daily reporting,
- Co-ordination of travel plans,
- Reconciling invoices
- Scheduling and management of Events and projects,
- Assisting customer enquiries,
- Preparation of marketing materials,
- Purchasing office supplies ,
- Management of Postage and Couriers,
- Supply Chain & Inventory reporting,
- QA - OHS Policies and Procedures.
To be suitable for this role you must :
- Have had previous experience in a similar role ,
- Had exposure to Supply Chain reporting,
- Have great COMMUNICATION skills ,
- Be able to work autonomously,
- Be happy to grow within a “GROWING” company,
- Accept all tasks with a willingness to support the team,
- Be a TEAM player
- Be friendly ,
- BE RELIABLE,
- Have great data entry skills & exceptional attention to detail,
- BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
